Returns and Exchanges
The Vettecave wants you to LOVE your new purchase! We understand sometimes stuff doesn't fit, doesn’t suit you or just doesn't make you gasp with happiness. If something isn’t as you imagined or doesn’t fit we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit.
To return an item just contact us, and when we give the ok, send the item back to us.
In the case of a store credit, once we get your returned goods, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with a store credit code. You can use this code to get a different size, color or whatever you wish at The Vettecave! If you would like to do a direct exchange, please give us a call or email us so we can reserve your item for you. (We will hold items for 2 weeks only) Then post back your original item along with the form. You can either enclose a prepaid self addressed USPS mailer, or just leave your phone number or email to pay return post with paypal or credit card.
Returns must be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase.
Return postage is paid by the buyer unless item is faulty or we messed up.
Discounted or sale items are returned for store credit only.
We recommend you use a trackable method of postage to ensure your item is returned to us safely.
Your item must be returned to us in new, unused condition. All items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached.
If we can detect the item has been worn, damaged or soiled, it is deemed unsaleable. We reserve the right to reject items in this condition. Please be careful when trying on clothing and shoes to avoid tears or scuffs.
